This will be considered bonus material for any lady that is consistently attending class. This is not meant to substitute First Fit classes or replace them completely as we all feel First Fit is more of a group experience than simply a solo workout.

In order for you to access them, we do require the following:

1. You must be a current and active First Fit Dance member. If you remain inactive for longer than two weeks without communicating with one of the First Fit Instructors, your access will be revoked.

2. You must register with Wendy Grayson Smith by sending your name and email address in a PRIVATE message only to obtain your own unique login.

3. All material, videos, and photos are exclusive materials belonging to First Fit Dance. They may not be copied or shared outside of the access granted to you or without the written consent of a First Fit Instructor. Any violation of this rule will revoke any and all access to the content provided.

4. Your login shall not be shared. It is exclusively for your own use. It is a benefit for each active member of First Fit.

5. Any abuse of this material will immediately revoke any and all access to this exclusive material.

As always any of the Instructors are happy to work with any participant before or after class with choreography or modifications. This is simply extra for our Tribe!
