It was founded by a dear friend with whom I’ve been dancing about 8 yrs and she cares about every single lady that walks in her class. The group of ladies dancing with us every week are precious and everyone knows this group of ladies are the best prayer warriors anyone could have. If you are in need of a hug, you will get as many as you need. If you wish to share anything going on in your life whether is a praise or a storm you are going through, we will listen and will never speak of it to anyone else outside our group. Take a chance and join us. Dancing is great medicine for the body and soul.”

“I enjoy going to class and seeing all the friends I have made and seeing the new faces of those who may show up new to our group , I may not know all their names but everyone is friendly they don’t judge
We are all different shapes and sizes all with big hearts that care and encourage and pray for each other .
It’s not hard , it’s fun and everyone does what they can at their on pace. It’s two days a week that I can hang out with friends meet new ladies and have fun while getting some exercise.
